Former Formula One driver, Jos Verstappen, has two kids, Max and Victoria. Throughout the course of the 2021 season, Jos was with his son as he, Max, fought for his world championship.
Meanwhile, Victoria was away from her dad. In a recent Q&A on her Instagram, she claimed she didn’t get to spend a lot of time with her dad. She stated even though it was tough, she knew why her dad was with Max.

Max Verstappen’s sister reveals the sacrifice she made in the 2021 F1 season
While the Red Bull driver was fighting an intense battle against Lewis Hamilton, Verstappen’s sister was away from the F1 world. Hence, she didn’t get to spend time with her dad, as he was busy helping Max.
She did state it was a hard time not having him nearby, but they talked every day. Most importantly, she knew why her father was always with Max.

In a Q&A on her Instagram, she was asked, “Did you ever have a hard time that your father was out with Max every weekend and he wasn’t here?”
She responded, “Hell yeah, but we always called every day. So I never felt short. Cause I knew what he did it for.”

Max will look to defend his world title in 2022
The Red Bull prodigy had a long and hard battle against Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton. The title fight went down to the last race of the season at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

As the race was heading into its closing stage, it seemed like Hamilton was going to win his eighth title in F1. However, a late crash and a controversial decision by the FIA turned the tables in the championship fight, which resulted in the Dutch driver taking home his first F1 title.
