Formula 1 world champion Max Verstappen is known to enjoy a good party once in a while. Even after Lando Norris’ win, he joined the McLaren driver for a night of partying in Miami. Beyond that, being a Dutch driver, he has a strong love for electronic music, as that’s something he is often found enjoying while partying. And who can ever forget the anthem 33 Max Verstappen?

After the action-packed Canadian Grand Prix, F1 takes a break as we just had a weekend without a race. During their downtime, many drivers like to rest and relax with their families, but Max Verstappen had other plans.

Knowing that Verstappen likes to party hard and race harder, it’s not uncommon to see him at famous clubs all over the world. Recently, he was seen with his girlfriend Kelly Piquet’s brother Nelson Jr. in St. Tropez. However, during this getaway, Verstappen and Nelson Jr. were partying, and Kelly Piquet was found in the background.

The Red Bull driver is quite close to the Piquet side of the family, and even Kelly’s daughter Penelope has come to become fond of Verstappen. While enjoying his time with Nelson Piquet Jr., Verstappen was introduced to the frame in the story, as the two were looking mighty stylish. Piquet Jr. was rocking a newsboy cap and tinted glasses, and the Red Bull driver was in his classic casual white shirt.

There are tunes to groove to in the club, and the post gained a lot of traction online. Max Verstappen and Piquet Jr. were tagged in the video as they relaxed before the upcoming Spanish Grand Prix. Now with the upcoming race, Red Bull will have to be in form, as although Ferrari had two DNFs last race, this only means that they will be coming back in full force.

While its usually Max Verstappen and Kelly Piquet posting videos and photos together, she’s almost not visible in the shot. This might just be due to the internet rumors and trolls that have been bullying her for doing something that she denies.

The Kelly Piquet situation

Many fans are following the Verstappen-Piquet relationship online and the two have become one of the most iconic F1 couples. But before the two got together, Piquet was in a relationship with Daniil Kvyat and they have a daughter together. However, after Max Verstappen became a Red Bull driver, Piquet and Kvyat split up and that’s when the Brazilian model moved on.

Recently, there has been a circulation of posts stating that Kelly Piquet was at a club with her family and her former boyfriend. And instead of leaving with her man, it was claimed that she had gone home with Max Verstappen. That made many of her fans go into an uproar, as they felt like Kvyatt had been done wrong. This led to many fans criticizing Piquet’s morals online, and Verstappen’s girlfriend couldn’t take it anymore.

She put up a post on her Instagram telling people that everything that’s been circulated on the news is false. Piquet also explained that none of the allegations are true and that she would never do such a thing as she believes in having ethics and morals. Even Verstappen came forward to comment on the post to support his girlfriend.
