Due to all the significant events involving Red Bull, the team was in the news frequently throughout the season. Despite the year being filled with upheaval, Red Bull ultimately prevailed since its squad won both championships. And when you use the justification, it would be the Dutchman who nailed the F1 tracks. However, if you assume that Max Verstappen‘s off-season recuperation would have made him less motivated, then his harshest critic might disprove your hypothesis by giving a ‘simple’ solution.

Despite numerous severe criticisms, no one has ever compared to Max Verstappen’s father, Jos Verstappen. To demonstrate to you, the Dutch ace himself once recalled that his father had told him that he wouldn’t become an F1 driver and rather be a truck or a bus driver. However, it seems that Sr. Verstappen now believes that his son can get another championship.
Jos Verstappen mentions his views in the movie that was released on Viaplay on Boxing Day, ”Our base is good I think. If they (Red Bull) build on this and choose the right direction, then hopefully we can have another shot at the championship,” Further, he revealed a simple strategy to keep the Jr. Dutchman motivated he said,” If you put Max in a race car with a helmet on, he is motivated. That’s simple.”
Despite having displayed some lightning-quick speed on the track in season 2022, the Dutchman thinks it will be a little more difficult to match his performance in 2023.
