Last season Christian Horner asked Toto Wolff to change his car if he had a problem with it. As Max Verstappen learns from the best in the business of making statements, the Dutchman’s double standards are thrown out of the window by the F1 community. Verstappen recently tried justifying his actions against George Russell during the fight, albeit in a very arrogant way. Let’s find out how the fans reacted to it.

Max Verstappen and George Russell’s incident might be the start of a new rivalry. After Rusell crashed into Verstappen’s sidepod, the Dutchman went berserk on the radio, criticizing Russell’s move. Later, when the Briton came to apologize to Verstappen after the race, the Dutchman obliterated Russell, which led to the Mercedes driver walking away from the conversation.

The Red Bull drivers attracted criticism from fans and pundits regarding the same.

A Tweet uploaded on Twitter suggests that Max Verstappen is still not apologetic about the things that he said. He suggests that it’s not his problem what people think about the comments that he made, as he just put words to what he was feeling. According to the Tweet, Max Verstappen said, “I say what I think. If people have a problem with that, that’s their problem.”
