YouTuber Cameron has verified Lando Norris as an astrologer! Apart from being an F1 racer, YouTuber, and Twitch streamer, Norris might have landed the job of Nostradamus. Just like the famous astrologer who had predicted Queen Elizabeth’s death, Norris foretold the outcome of the Spanish GP. The prophecy came true when Max Verstappen‘s flawless racing led to him becoming the Champion despite not starting from pole position.
When the lights went out to start the Spanish GP, pole-sitter Lando Norris tried to remove Max Verstappen’s threat with a maneuver. However, the Red Bull racer came up from Norris’ back and secured the lead. Just after that, Max Verstappen built up a 2-second lead to the McLaren racer making it impossible for Lando to surpass him. Thus, the 24-year-old’s one mistake cost him a second Grand Prix win.
Lando Norris had given his opinions on who would win in Barcelona ahead of Sunday. Cameron discussed it on his YouTube channel saying, “Lando mentioned post-Quali that he thinks the driver that wins will be the one that, on Sunday, makes the least mistakes. And I thought that was Nostradamus-esque in his prophecy.”

Norris turned out to be right, but unfortunately, the McLaren prodigy himself made a mistake in lap 1. This allowed Max Verstappen to win the race with his impeccable skills.
Despite Norris regularly getting podium wins, Cameron thinks he still has a long way to go before challenging Max Verstappen. This is because his prophecy might come true at the Grand Prix. After all, Verstappen makes the least mistakes.
The YouTuber said, “Ultimately I think, if you’re comparing Lando [with Max Verstappen], Lando’s super quick. But over the course of 24 Grands Prix, I think if you compare the two of them now, Max will always, or nine times out of 10, make less unforced errors than Lando. I think he just gets the assignment better.”
But what did Cameron’s podcast guest Eddie Jordan have to say about Max Verstappen’s “unbelievable consistency”?

The top two places on the scorecards of the Canadian GP and the Spanish GP look the same. This is because, on both occasions, Max Verstappen trumped Lando Norris. Mentioning the Dutchman’s brilliance, Eddie Jordan recalled his little chat with Verstappen. “I said this to Max [when] we were chatting in Barcelona that, ‘Those [10 laps at the Canadian GP] might be the 10 best laps you’ve ever driven in a row.’ And I stand by that. I think his unbelievable consistency over those 10 laps in Canada was amazing,” Jordan said.
True to Eddie Jordan’s words, when Max Verstappen won the Canadian GP despite losing pole position to George Russell, he delivered a brilliant performance. As one of the most talented drivers of his generation, the Dutchman left no room for error as he clinched the top position with Lando Norris at his tow.
Despite not starting the race from the front, Max can capture the topmost place with his “incredible consistency” as Jordan mentioned. And if Lando Norris is to beat that, he must avoid making any mistakes since Verstappen is almost flawless.

Speaking of Norris’ mistakes, his post-race interview in Barcelona showed the racer was upset. He claimed he should have won but “lost it in the beginning“. And Max Verstappen only required that little error on Norris’ side to ensure he beat the papaya army driver. With this, the Red Bull racer has attained 219 points with Lando Norris behind him by 69 points.
