Even Kelly Piquet’s daughter Daniil Kvyat is extremely fond of Verstappen as he has become an important part of her family. So when such allegations surfaced, Piquet took to Instagram to share her truth.

In the post on Instagram, Piquet talks about how beautiful and scary the online world is. Daughter of a Racing Legend then posted, “I am unsure of the appropriate approach to address hate stemming from falsehoods. I have considered composing a response and letting it stand.”

Further stating, “For over 3 years I’ve been navigating a very strange and upsetting wave of accusations, rumors, fabricated situations, fake testimonials, photoshopped screenshots… you name it. All the while staying silent and not playing into these ridiculous claims.” After explaining that she would never do the things she’s been falsely accused of, she concluded with a message for the people leaving hate comments with a wise quote.

Piquet finished by saying, “I hope those of you who have contributed to this take a moment to reflect on the real-life consequences of spreading lies and engaging in hate.” But being a public figure with power, she wanted to leave with a positive message. She quoted James Clear saying, “Every action we take is a vote of who we want to be,” continuing the quote saying, “Let’s choose to be better humans to ourselves and others.”

Max Verstappen loves Piquet a lot and did not like that she was being caught up in a storm of unpleasantries from fans and haters alike. To show his support, he posted a comment saying, “This has to stop. These false accusations by certain individuals on Instagram and TikTok are insane and ridiculous at the same time. Hate has no place in this world. We know what’s true within our family and we are very happy together. I love you”

However, Verstappen was not the only one to show love and support to Piquet during her difficult time.
