Max Verstappen is known for his aggressiveness, competitiveness, and desire to win. The Dutchman has been dominant in the past two seasons, winning 25 of the last 44 races. After winning the first championship, he claimed that he had already achieved his childhood dream of becoming an F1 world champion, so any additional victories would simply be a bonus. Nevertheless, despite his supposed lack of “hunger,” he’s the favorite for the 2023 season.

Verstappen seems to have his priorities clear. He is a man with family and friends, whom he likes to stay close to.“I said already that after the first one, whatever comes next is just a bonus and honestly I do see it like that. It doesn’t change my life. I know who my friends are and I spend time with them and my family.”

“Nothing has really changed in my life in the way I’m living it compared to last year,” Verstappen said when asked about how the second title changed his life.
