Hamilton crossed the chequered flag, finishing second, but being on top of the table, the Briton clicked the title without any obstacles. As he exited the car, Hamilton was caught running towards his team. while his crew was waiting for him; so was the Hollywood star. And without a moment’s hesitation, the then-six times world champion dived in to give a tight hug to McConaughey; a moment etched in the hearts and minds of all F1 enthusiasts!
Following Hamilton’s win, Matthew McConaughey shared his thoughts with Sky Sports: “We just enjoyed our company. It was a really positive room, and we talked about life. His family was there.
