Being spot with Lewis Hamilton has brought quite a popularity to his physical trainer Angela Cullen. While she takes care of his diet and training regime, she is pretty fit herself. Ever wondered what her routine and habits are that have kept her in fine shape all this while? She revealed it all recently through an Instagram post.
Her designation may say physical trainer, but all that Cullen does for Hamilton can put a personal assistant to shame. She drives him around, carries his stuff in paddocks, and always stays by his side. All the media attention has got her more than half a million followers on Instagram and it is heartening to see that she is using all of it to promote healthy well-being.

In her latest Instagram post, Angela posted a scenic picture of herself surrounded by trees, admiring the beauty of mountains in the background with clouds down to eye level. In the caption, she wrote, “Ultimate mental, physical health and performance will be achieved thru a rational sustainable approach to well-being.”

She then went on to describe what her typical diet and physical routine look like. “I exercise/ move everyday aim for 10 mins -2 hrs try and get out in nature where possible, morning works best for me to get those gains. Sunlight in eyes early in the day to set your biorhythms to help with sleep in evening,” she continued. As for her nutrition, Cullen revealed, “Unprocessed whole foods I’m vegan and lactose intolerance so this works for me. I choose fasting 20/4 18/6 for me clarity of mind and stable energy levels.”
“I supplement with daily AG1 , SOS, and Veg Vegan protein shakes to ensure Vitamin, mineral, pro and pre biotic support, digestive enzymes and electrolyte balance. Coffee!! ideally 1 1/2 after I wake and no later than 2pm so doesn’t effect my sleep, but will be earlier and pre workout always.”

Angela also stressed the need for good sleep and her training sessions that include adventure activities such as skydiving and mountain climbing.
When Angela came to Lewis Hamilton’s rescue
While he was on top of his game, Lewis won races for fun. With all the race wins also came the parties with a long list of celebrities. All the parties and the popularity among the ladies got him quite a notoriety. However, Angela revealed he was quite the opposite of what the perception media created of him.
In a 2017 interview with The Sun, she said, “I have spent the whole year with him and we partied maybe four times.”

“He is not a party boy. If he has a three-week recovery between races, he might have a drink to celebrate a race win, but if there is a race meeting the next week, he won’t drink at all.”
“He occasionally does crazy things, but no more than any normal person,” she added. “He is the most amazingly talented and dedicated athlete.”
