There’s perhaps no one who has shaped Lewis Hamilton’s F1 longevity as much as Angela Cullen. The physiotherapist has been of great help to Hamilton’s health and his psyche by being a constant support. When Cullen parted ways with Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes after seven years of accompanying the seven-time champion, the F1 community believed her journey forward would reside far away from the German brand.

But if her latest Instagram post is of any significance, her dream still has Mercedes in the picture. After all, it’s not easy to resist the charm of a classic German car, especially after siding with the Brackley outfit for nearly a decade. Sharing a picture of the Mercedes 300SL Gullwing, Cullen captioned the photo, “PARADISE ISN’T ALWAYS TROPICAL. What’s your little piece of paradise?”.

The photo featured a 300SL with a ski rack on the roof and an off-white paint scheme that complimented the snowy backdrop perfectly. The 49-year-old shares similar tastes with Toto Wolff, who has also been spotted driving around with Susie Wolff in his 300SL.

While Nico Rosberg is one of the lucky few to be allotted the $2.7 million Mercedes-AMG Project One, the Mercedes team principal is no slouch either. After all, the classic 300SL Gullwing comes at a whopping auction price tag of approximately $1.4 million. Keeping in mind that figure is only for the steel-bodied version, an edition less rare than the 29 alloy-body models that were originally made, which have an average value of approximately $6.7 Million.
