This is when Lewis joked, “So George, when we were in the safety car, whilst you weren’t looking, I turned the traction control off. So when you were trying to do the burnouts, you couldn’t do anything. He was like, ‘I don’t know what’s going on with him. Why won’t he break traction?'”

Sky Sports’ Ted Kravitz’s remarks after the US GP on Lewis Hamilton being “robbed” of his 8th world championship last season did not go down too well with Max Verstappen and Co. The team boycotted Sky Sports for the entirety of the Mexican GP, which was later lifted for the upcoming Brazil GP.
But Russell wasn’t going to let the opportunity to make a joke go when Sergio Perez joined him and his teammate on the stage. He asked Sky Sports’ David Croft, “are you allowed to ask Red Bull drivers questions?”
Crofty replied, “yeah, I’ve got special permission tonight. Don’t start on me.”
