Lewis Hamilton has a younger sibling named Nicolas, who has cerebral palsy. His disability hasn’t, however, deterred him from setting out to live his own dreams. Nicolas competes in the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) but many believe it is all through his brother’s connections and money. The younger Hamilton sibling hit out at such critics, revealing how he made it on his own.
Competing in Formula 1 since 2007, Lewis Hamilton has amassed quite a wealth. Being arguably the most successful F1 driver ever, he draws a yearly salary of $50 million, and as per Celebrity Net Worth, his net worth is $285 million. However, none of that matters to Nicolas Hamilton when he steps out to make create an identity of his own.

Speaking with the Sun in 2015, Nicolas said, “Because of my surname and the amount of money Lewis has, people think he is funding me. But it is not the case.”
“Lewis and I are close but when I sit in my car, I want to feel as though I have earned it,” he continued. “There are always people around who throw negative comments. But that just makes me want to keep driving as fast as possible.”
“After all. I was told I would never walk. It has made me determined to show what I can. Lewis is the reason I am doing it. I grew up looking to him like you would not believe.”
He may not be as rich as his brother, but Nicolas certainly has made a name for himself. All his major earnings come from racing and his worth is estimated to be around 1 to 3 million dollars, as per Popularbio.
