The driver line-up of Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas has been one of the most iconic partnerships in Formula 1. The duo has been racing together since 2017 until Mercedes decided to part ways with the Finn international. Subsequently, the Silver Arrows brought in George Russell while Bottas moved to Alfa Romeo.

As the new season is already underway, both Lewis and Valtteri are in Australia representing their respective teams. As we all know, F1 is in Australia after two years as this race is special for the former Mercedes man. Interestingly, 2019 was the year F1 hosted its last race at Albert Park, where the new Alfa Romeo recruit triumphed.

After the FP1 got over, viaplay interviewed Bottas. We can see in the video how Lewis jokingly jumped in to push Valtteri by the side.

The duo shared a burst of laughter soon after. This shows that the ex-teammates still share a good bond.

The 32-year-old driver joined the Brackley-based team from Williams, replacing 2016 F1 Champion Nico Rosberg. As for Lewis, the more we say the less it is. From winning seven world titles to having most race wins and pole positions, Hamilton has achieved almost everything that the sport has to offer.
