Lewis Hamilton has spoken before about how physically demanding the sport of Formula 1 can be. In an interview, Hamilton spilled the beans on what it takes to become a high-performance athlete.

Lewis Hamilton has opened up about the rigorous diet he follows to keep up with the physical strains of being a Formula 1 driver. According to the 7-time World Champion, he follows a “very high protein diet.”. Hamilton also alluded to how he “avoids carbs, pasta and rice.”

When asked whether he “never eats chocolates?” Hamilton responded with “rarely, very rarely.”.

Recently, his efforts and mission took notice of Hollywood icon Leonardo DiCaprio, who joined hands with Hamilton as a partner in the $100 million company.

DiCaprio reasoned“Neat Burger’s pioneering approach to alternative proteins is a great example of the type of solutions we need moving forward.”

Hamilton has been very open about his vegan choices. He’s even cajoled Roscoe to follow Veganism! “[In 2020] I decided to transition him to a vegan diet. It has changed his life. He now doesn’t have any breathing issues. His throat is no longer restricted, and he doesn’t overheat like he did before and he loves to run. He also has no allergy issues.”
