7-time Formula 1 world champion Lewis Hamilton is quite a hip-hop fan. He is an R&B artist himself and goes by the pseudonym XNDA. But who does he revere the most in the hip-hop world?

XNDA aka Sir Lewis Hamilton recently listened to a song that has blown him away. He loved it so much that he shared it on his Instagram story. Hamilton showered praises on one artist of the song.

In one of his latest Instagram stories, Lewis Hamilton shared a screenshot of him listening to ’90 Proof’, a song by Smino, featuring J Cole. Hamilton is smitten by the ‘Middle Child’ famed artist who recently received a lot of acclaim for his album ‘The Off Season.’

In the Instagram story, Hamilton tagged Cole and wrote, “truly one of the greatest rappers past and present”. Hamilton had previously praised Jay-Z on ‘In Depth with Graham Bensinger’. He said that he grew up listening to his music. About Kanye West, he said that he shares such a good relationship with the rapper that he could park in front of his house and hang out with him anytime he wanted.

Hamilton himself featured in Christina Aguilera’s 2018 song ‘Pipe’ under the pseudonym XNDA. While the fans quickly recognized his voice, Lewis confirmed his identity only in 2020. He revealed that the reason for having a pseudonym was him being insecure and gauging if the song received a good response.

Lewis recently created a frenzy among fans after the Mercedes F1 team shared a photo that showed that he might perform at the Super Bowl half-time. Pop star Rihanna confirmed her headlining the show through her Twitter post where she was holding a football.

Mercedes F1’s official Twitter handle posted a photo of Hamilton holding his racing helmet in a very similar fashion to Rihanna’s post. To be fair, they could’ve been trying to jump on Rihanna’s bandwagon to mark the return of Formula 1 after a 3-week break. But fans obviously took the bait. Let us be real though. We would all like to see XNDA make a comeback. Fans have been teased by Aguilera’s song in which Hamilton had a second part.
