The Mercedes star, Lewis Hamilton, made an appearance on our favorite talk show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, and he won many hearts like he always does. Hamilton talked about how he views his journey and himself as a racer. The live audience cheered away as the Briton shared.

Amid all this, Jimmy Kimmel also put the seven-time world champion on the spot as he asked him how he viewed himself. Kimmel highlighted the things Hamilton does across different sporting fields and the achievements he has garnered. An embarrassed Lewis had the most humble response, and the fans loved it.

Kimmel pointed out that the Briton was a ‘Knight’, a part NFL team (Denver Broncos) owner, and continued to ask if Hamilton would agree that he is the ‘greatest Formula 1 driver in history.’ To this, Hamilton smirked and said, “You know what? I know what I am. And I know how good I am. But I don’t really like to talk about it.”

“I just like to do the talking on the track,” the Briton said. Hamilton delved into his childhood and said that this was something he learned from his father. As the only colored kid on the track, he remembers being treated differently all the time. And his father always reminded him to do ‘the talking on the track’.

“Even today, I don’t feel like I need to say it. I just let my- what I’m doing on circuit, what I’m doing off the circuit talk for me,” he said in conclusion. Hearing this, the live audience just went into a frenzy, clapping and hooting for the Briton.
