Despite their differences and battles on the tracks, the F1 drivers were seen celebrating together with a lovely dinner one last time for Aston Martin’s German legend, Vettel.

All 20 f1 drivers gathered together for a lavish supper before they take on the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix this weekend.
Sebastian Vettel is all set to bid the F1 grid goodbye for good, and this has many wish him a farewell with a heavy heart. For the legacy he leaves behind, the F1 drivers honored the man with a sweet gesture of joining him for dinner.
Last year’s title rivals Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton were spotted sitting opposite each other.
Even though the two have fiercely gone head to head for the win countless time, they didn’t hesitate in sharing a friendly meal to celebrate Vettel. A legend like Sebastian that inspired many is held in great regard by the F1 racers. The respect and love for the sport and the champion superseded any rivalry amongst the drivers.
Almost all the F1 drivers took to their Instagram to post happy pictures of the whole bunch together, and this truly warmed the hearts of all the F1 fans around the globe. The seven-time champion also took to his Instagram to write a touching message for the German.
Lewis Hamilton’s touching message for Sebastian Vettel
As Sebastian Vettel will retire post the race in Abu Dhabi, the F1 drivers are getting emotional about watching the champion walk away from the grid toward a different future. Even though they wish him well, they still hope to see him race.

Lewis Hamilton took to his Instagram to post a picture from the dinner and wrote a personal message. The caption read, “We’ve come a long way as drivers and continue to grow as men. Despite whatever may happen on the track we grow and become better each day. Us all coming together to celebrate life and Seb’s amazing career in F1 is truly a night I’ll never forget.”
Lewis also spoke about Vettel in an interview, he said, “It will be sad to see him go because I think there is still a lot of potential in him, although I know he will do amazing things out there, and we will always be in touch.”
