Motivation is tough to find when you’re at your lowest. However, what separates the champions from others is how they keep motivating themselves when times are tough. Lewis Hamilton took to his Instagram to share an inspiring message with his 30 million followers.

The 7-time world champion shared an inspiring message with his fans and asked them to keep pushing. Moreover, the Mercedes driver compared the fighters with a unicorn and mentioned how unique and powerful they are.

In his story, Lewis wrote“Sometimes I feel so alone. If you feel the same, please know that it’s ok, you’re going to get through this!”

He further added, “You are a unicorn, there is nobody like you and you have so much power and purpose on this earth, don’t give up. Keep fighting. I’m right here with you. Sending you a hug, love and light.”

Lewis has been enduring a difficult season with Mercedes. Furthermore, he is below George Russell in the driver’s standings. Hamilton has never finished below a teammate ever since he lost the championship to Nico Rosberg in 2016.

Battle with “heavyweight” Lewis Hamilton helped Max Verstappen claims Red Bull boss

Christian Horner has claimed that Max Verstappen’s battle last year against Lewis Hamilton has helped him assert dominance this season. Verstappen has won 12 races so far this year. Winning the title last year has helped released some of the pressure from Verstappen according to Horner.

Christian Horner said“I think last year was such a heavyweight bout between two titans. Having achieved that world championship last year, it releases [the pressure].”

The Red Bull boss also stated the same thing happened with 4-time World Champion Sebastian Vettel as well after his maiden triumph.

He further added, “It happened with Sebastian [Vettel] and it’s happened again with Max. It just takes that pressure of expectation off the shoulders and he’s just going out and smashed it out of the park this year.”
