How often do we see celebrities call out one another on social media? Well, not that often. But when it happens, such news does make headlines. Something similar happened in Formula 1 as well when on this one occasion Lewis Hamilton took a dig at his teammate during his McLaren days.

This dates back to 2012 when Hamilton and Jenson Button were teammates at the Woking-based team. Ahead of the 2012 Brazilian Grand Prix, Hamilton took to Twitter to share that he was upset with his teammate who had unfollowed him on Twitter.

Button was a teammate of Hamilton for three years as he moved from Brawn GP to McLaren in 2010.

After putting out the first tweet, the then McLaren driver followed up with, “Funny thing is, we are STILL teammates! All good tho, I plan on giving this team and fans all I got till I cross the finish line in brazil!!”
