With the record 103 Grand Prix wins, Lewis Hamilton is undoubtedly the best F1 driver in the world. With so many wins in the bag and so many years in the sport, the 37-year-old is bound to have a few favorite moments.

The Briton recently visited the Dubai Expo 2020 and he revealed the 2021 Brazilian GP win is the most memorable in his 14-year-long career. There were least expectations from Hamilton in Brazil. Despite recieving a total of 25 place grid penalties, the Briton, with a little help from the new ICE at the back of his car, ended up winning the 71 lap race.

Lewis Hamilton expressed, “Brazil last year I think. You know it’s crazy because I don’t remember every single race win or even the failures. 2008 Silverstone was awesome. My first Grand Prix win in 2007, I remember looking down and watching my dad smiling up at me and that was real real deep for me. Because he was very very very a very very hard parent.”

“Not particularly like the most loving because he felt like he had to be at this solid rock always. But in that moment I knew that I made him proud,” Hamilton continued. “But yeah I think Brazil was something that I didn’t even know I had in me.”

Lewis Hamilton is ready to lift the eighth title

Hamilton is surely one of the most successful drivers in F1 history, right alongside the legendary German driver, Michael Schumacher. The 37-year-old is the only F1 driver to lift the championship seven times after Schumacher. However, the Briton is now eyeing the record-breaking eighth championship title.

Lewis even fought for the eighth title last year. But the loss to Max Verstappen in the Abu Dhabi GP cost him the eighth World Championship. Further, the driver went away from every social media platform after the loss. This led to many speculation regarding Lewis retiring from F1. But Hamilton soon returned for the 2022 season. Lewis even shared his will to fight for the eighth title at the Dubai Expo.
