Lewis Hamilton is among one of the most recognizable athletes in the world. Once one becomes a celebrity and is in the limelight 24×7, like Hamilton is, fans develop a lot of interest in the lives of such personalities. Most wouldn’t but Hamilton is always humble and cordial enough to answer these burning questions from the fans. In fact, he even humors fans who don’t necessarily have questions about his life as an F1 driver. This is exactly what the Brit did when he answered a fan’s question about his skin. The Brit made a simple “cold-water” confession at the time. However, in Miami, when pressed upon, Hamilton has finally revealed his full skincare routine.
Despite being in the limelight 24×7 and working one of the most draining jobs in the world, the 38-year-old has kept up his good looks and youthful charm. For the fans, the secret to Hamilton’s youthful skin was cold water first thing in the morning and some moisturizer. However, while speaking to a reporter from ESPN as seen on YouTube, Hamilton spilled his beans.
“I have the whole ritual in the morning of cleaning my skin, moisturizing before I go to bed. Naturally, I’m training up to twice a day, so I’m having to do that multiple days a day. I drink a lot of water, I drink 4 liters a day because I’m training – I won’t say that if I wasn’t training that I would have 4 liters but… I eat a lot of greens, I have a lot of protein shakes…” revealed Hamilton.

Before spilling the beans in Miami, the Brit scratched the surface of his glowing skincare routine when asked by a fan on social media. Perhaps the Brit did not have time or he did not want to reveal his secrets. Either way, he went for a simple explanation in the past.
“For many years, it was just cold water in the mornings. For a long, long time, I didn’t have a massive routine. But now I do cold splash in the morning and then special face soap to watch my face,” said Hamilton in his previous revelation.
