What a day for Lewis Hamilton and his supporters!  The Briton secured his first podium of the season at the 2024 Spanish Grand Prix. Adding to his tally of career podiums, the seven-time World Champion now has 198 podiums to his name. An achievement second to none! “It has been a good day, a solid weekend,” Hamilton told the media. Moreover, he was spotted in a candid exchange with Max Verstappen.

The race was indeed hectic, and Hamilton felt fatigued by his exploits. So much so that he took his chance to lie down ahead of the post-race press conference. The 39-year-old lay there in peace while listening to Bob Marley. For those who don’t know, Lewis Hamilton has been a huge fan of the legendary singer. Meanwhile, Verstappen interrupts his ‘chill-out’ session and jokes: “He’s getting old.” F1 shared an Instagram reel on the moment, but instead of using a Bob Marley song or retaining the actual audio, they used some jazzy music.

On seeing this, Lewis Hamilton barged into the comment section and said: “What is this music, I was listening to Bob Marley.” Man! He took offense! Jokes apart, this friendly banter is hilarious. Fans are enjoying this and they also replied to Hamilton’s comments. Some said, “I’m crying”, while some said, “Hey admin, put Redemption song.”
