Williams driver George Russell had a quick game of “Love, Marry, Kill” during an interaction with his fans. The Brit was asked some dorky questions involving his fellow drivers, which he thought twice before answering. Russell was present alongside his teammate Nicholas Latifi, and he enjoyed it as much as the fans did.
Russell has been elevated to Mercedes for the upcoming season alongside fellow Brit Lewis Hamilton. Meanwhile, Latifi will partner Alex Albon at Williams next year. The 23-year-old was asked who would he kill, love, and marry amongst the given names. The names were Lando Norris, Charles Leclerc, and Lewis Hamilton. He had a rather funny answer to this.

The two Brits share a long-standing bond. They are around the same age and started their F1 career in the same year as well. However, when asked about who would he rather kill, he cautiously named Lando. “We’ll get rid of Lando,” said Russell jokingly. Further on, Russell answered his second choice. “You’ve got to share the love with your teammate. So we’ll love Lewis.” He will drive alongside the seven-time world champion in the upcoming season for the Brackley team.

To answer his last choice, although he was left with just one option which was to marry Leclerc, he said, ” Maybe! Maybe, Yeah. We’ll go with that.”
Hamilton wishes Russell to be the next British champion
Although the British champion will be around for a while, he wishes that Russell should become world champion in the future. The British duo will drive for the Silver Arrows in the upcoming season and they are expected to be a lethal force. “There’s going to be a point where I don’t continue in this sport and, you know, he’s my team-mate and he’s gonna be the next Brit that I want to see win a world championship,” Hamilton told BBC.

“While we are going to be competing and I want to win on track, I really hope I can have a positive influence on how he conducts himself within the team, whether it’s the time he commits to engineering or how he churns through the data or even just how he drives on track,” he added.
Lewis Hamilton says he wants to have “a positive influence” on George Russell in 2022, and says he is “going to be the next Brit that I want to see win a world championship”.#F1 #TeamLH #GR63https://t.co/t6LeOItVI1
