A sport that has passionate fans supporting, F1 has truly become a global sport in the past couple of years. Now, with more races on the calendar, F1 moves over to the upcoming Las Vegas GP. However, despite the recent controversy surrounding it, a heartwarming moment occurred as the Vegas GP won hearts by making a 91-year-old military veteran‘s dreams come true.

Considering that F1 is a global sport, the Grands Prix held across the globe can be an enjoyable experience for fans in different parts of the world. But F1 not being a cheap sport to run, it can be difficult for many to afford the tickets or for some to even travel to these events.

With Las Vegas being an attempt to win over the US audience, the land of freedom is now the only country in F1 with three races. Thanks to the Vegas GP, a 91-year-old military veteran can finally make his dreams come true, as F1 returns to Vegas after a long pause.

With only a few days left to go in the commencement of the Las Vegas Grand Prix, all eyes are on Vegas! But amidst all the limelight, negative feedback from the fans, and media coverage, a wholesome has managed to catch our attention. In a recent social media post by F1 Las Vegas, they reached out to Doug, a 91-year-old military veteran, who is a long-term F1 fan. With his lifelong dream of attending an F1 race made possible by the representatives of the Vegas GP, fans online couldn’t help but react to this wholesome moment.

“Glad it’s a veteran and a fan of the sport, rather than another random celebrity”– This comment by a fan suggests that the majority of the social media users would rather see true fans of F1 allowed to make their dreams come true.

“Y’all better put him in the Paddock suite, give him a hot laps tour of the track, have him tour all the garages and have him wave the chequered flag lol.”- As wholesome and nice as it would be for F1 to do that, this take by a fan might be a bit of a stretch. While seeing all that happen would be amazing to see, it’s quite unlikely that F1 of Las Vegas GP would consider going over the top. But as they say, never say never! Let’s hope Doug does get to experience all that too.

“Need more of this, finally someone who really EARNED tickets GO DOUG🇺🇸”- This fan is excited to see someone as deserving of the F1 tickets as Douglas, and rightfully so! He deserves this!

“Congratulations to Doug 91 years old and looks great for his age thx for our service in 🇺🇸”- He truly does, you’d struggle to guess that he’s actually 91-years-old. Regardless, deserving of this opportunity by all means!
