Lando Norris Teases ‘Masterpieces’ Next Season in Funny Tweet Pranking F1 Fans

Lando Norris is a true treasure for McLaren. The Brit is a steadily cooking recipe that will taste perfect in due time. Learning and imbibing from everyone, Norris shows strains of greatness already.

He displayed his class in the 2020 season; the young lad not only raced well against his teammate, but he was also gelling well with the team.

The season finale round at Abu Dhabi saw him beat his teammate the entire weekend. Grabbing a P4 at the starting grid to finishing P5, Lando shocked many.

Norris sports a new helmet design every race weekend, usually designed by his fans. Well, this year saw some excellent designs, with the one from six-year-old Eva being the most extraordinary one.

Keeping in mind how much his fans enjoy this little activity, Norris decided to prank them.

“Also, helmet design rules are back to last years. Only 1 design a season. So no fun, or fan, or funky, or special designs allowed:( sorry”

Earlier, the FIA had a ban on new helmet designs every weekend.

The rule specifically stated, “In order for drivers to be easily distinguished from one another whilst they are on the track, the crash helmet of each driver must, with the exception of one event of the driver’s choice, be presented in substantially the same livery at every event during a championship season.”

However, recently FIA scrapped off that rule and the new rule stated ‘unrestricted variations to driver helmet designs between races.’

“Got ya, design rules are the same, so expect some more masterpieces! Gonna try and make each one a bit more meaningful and even more unique. Can’t wait for it!” concluded Norris.

Lando Norris to improve further in 2021

McLaren look ahead to Daniel Ricciardo and Lando Norris lining up side by side next year. After a marvelous year with the French, Ricciardo appears ready for an English season.

With the chemistry between Lando and Daniel already nurturing well, McLaren feel they are ready to ride into battle.

Besides being an excellent driver, Lando possesses some commendable traits, such as kindness, and humility.

In 2019, he was having a tough time adjusting, but he had figured out his way by the second year. Hopes are that in 2021 he will get his first win in a Grand Prix.

The Norris and Carlos bond was famous throughout the grid. Their affection towards each other was admirable. However, Lando Norris misses his former teammate. As Carlos makes his way to the Italian camp, Norris will prepare to take the fight to him again on the track.

Outperforming his teammate while he was on the same team and beating him while he is in another will rouse distinct feelings altogether. However, we hope that the bromance between Norris and Carlos never dies.
