In this rapid world of Formula 1, the drivers and the team members hardly ever get time to breathe. In this 9-month-long circus, the drivers hardly get long breaks like the one they’re about to start. However, thanks to the reduced races in 2023, the drivers got some breathing time, and they have learned to make the most of it. Lando Norris gave us a prime example of the same with his quick trip to his friend Martin Garrix’s gig after the Belgian GP. This is yet another instance of Norris and Garrix enjoying their company after their recent excursion to New York.

Norris is using every gap between the race weekends to fulfill the wanderlust within him. He used the free weakened before Canadian GP weekend to satisfy his hunger for the Big Apple. The McLaren Brit capitalized on the timing of the Belgian GP as well, to give himself a night full of fun before starting his summer break.

Tomorrowland brings millions of fans to Belgium every year. This time Norris did not want to miss it, especially being in the neighborhood. Norris even announced his excitement at seeing his friend play and his arrival via Twitter. He tweeted, “ayoooo @tomorrowland @MartinGarrix”

“I think me and Max are very good friends,” said Norris. “We’ve kind of grown up, not exactly together, we’ve never really raced against each other until Formula 1, but we’ve grown up in a similar generation, similar times and I think we’ve always got along. I think we have the correct amount of respect away from the track, where you can get along and be mates, whatever it is. We get along and sometimes bump into each other, go for dinners, or go for a crêpe, whatever it is.”
