A couple of weeks ago, Lando Norris‘ ex-GF, Luisinha Oliveira, admitted that the F1 driver was still her favorite racer. But with the two having separated over a year ago, single boy Lando Norris has another to cheer him on from ‘closer’ quarters. The McLaren driver has been linked to a couple of women ever since he announced his breakup with Luisinha. The most recurring name is that of Magui Corceiro. And there is a piece of interesting evidence to prove the duo’s investment in each other.

Last year, newly single Norris was spotted with footballer Joao Felix’s ex-girlfriend, Margarida Corceiro. That’s when the rumors started. Soon after the two were spotted, Corceiro confirmed her breakup with Felix. From visiting the paddock to driving around with Norris in the McLaren 765LT, Magui has been seen with and around Norris a lot.

But this time, the lovebird has surpassed oceans and continents to overcome the distance. A post by a gossip column, f1gossippofficial, on Instagram showcased Magui in Lisbon (3000+ miles away from Miami) with her friends. The post read, “Magui Corceiro is not in Miami; however, she is keeping an eye on everything. The girl is in a restaurant in Lisbon with friends, and the model’s friend ended up posting this story where she shows her watching Formula 1!”

If this is not a romantic gesture, then one doesn’t know what is! But despite all the love and prayers, Lando’s weekend hasn’t panned out in an ideal way.

Lando Norris lamented the silly mistake during the Miami Sprint Qualifying Race

Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris lined up in P6 and P9, respectively, for the Miami Sprint on Saturday. Despite the Papaya team’s upgrade, which showed spells of brilliance, there was no conversion during qualifying. After the underwhelming Friday qualifying at the Miami International Autodrome, Lando accepted his fault for the whole result.

“I just pushed too hard, as simple as that,” said Norris with a rueful smile after Sprint Qualifying. “The car was feeling very good. Just silly, to be honest. A couple of mistakes in Turn 1 and just a big spiral from there. A shame because the team have done a good job, the upgrades are working, so I’m happy with everything. Just not with one thing!”
