Elon Musk and his crazy stunts have taken social media by storm. The recent $44 billion Twitter acquisition is an example of that. However, his latest dig at Red Bull was a bit too much to handle for the F1 fans.

As Elon himself is enjoying the attention nowadays, he recently got into the mood for jokes. From teasing to buy Coca-Cola to joking about McDonald’s and their ice cream machine, Mr. Musk is on a roll.

However, his recent Red Bull remarks have enthralled the F1 fans off late. In Elon’s Coca-Cola thread, the richest man on Earth took a jibe at Red Bull, the Austrian energy drink company. The SpaceX founder replied to a user with, “Kicks Red Bull’s ass!”. This brought in the fans to the thread, especially the Ferrari and Mercedes fans.

Interestingly, Red Bull’s arch-rival in business Monster Energy joined the fun too. They have the second biggest market in the energy drink market after Red Bull. Monster Energy’s official Twitter handle wrote, “Who wants “wiiiings” when you can #UnleashTheBeast!? And since you’re $44B light, have a case or ten on us.” Moreover, Monster Energy is a Mercedes AMG F1 team sponsor, a long-time rival of Red Bull Racing.

The F1 fans reacted brilliantly to Elon’s Red Bull Tweet

A fan wrote, “Ah sorry. Hamilton called. He’s still behind Gasly.” (referring to the Imola GP where Lewis struggled to get past an AlphaTauri). Another fan wrote, “Imagine Max Verstappen drinking that before the race. That’s the only time he’ll beat Lewis Hamilton.”
