There is no denying the fact that Aston Martin has taken the biggest jump in terms of performance among all the teams on the grid. The Silverstone-based outfit surprised the entire F1 community with their performance in the first three races. However, the incredible results and back-to-back podiums aren’t enough for owner Lawrence Stroll. Although this ambitious revelation has earned the Canadian billionaire some harsh criticism from the fans.
Being competitive was always the aim and Stroll fulfilled that with the incredibly fast and competitive car. This was all down to his passion for motorsport and strategic investments. Apart from the state-of-the-art facility, Stroll invested in personnel as well, most notably Red Bull’s Dan Fallows. The culmination of all these factors has made the AMR23 an incredible machinery. However, Stroll wants to reap the fruit of his labor and this is generating a lot of criticism from the fans.
Aston Martin’s team principal Mike Krack revealed these ambitions after the Australian GP. He said, “The mission is very clear. [Lawrence Stroll] has not been having any delay in telling us, ‘When are we going to win the next one?’. Obviously, he is happy we have made a step, but this is not enough for this ambition. The good thing is, with Lawrence, you know where you stand – he wants more, and we will have to deliver more.”

Some fans brutally pointed out how Stroll has been throwing his billions to find a solution every step of the way. For a race win, a fan suggested, “Just pay FIA more money”.
Well the problem is they have the 2nd best car but not even a top 5 driver lineup

Maybe better to drop Lance from the team

A lot of fans criticized the driver lineup as well. Especially Lawrence’s son, Lance Stroll’s inclusion in the team.
Before they do that, how does he think the awkward conversation firing his son will go? Even Alonso needs a teammate that pushes him on – not one that pushes into him.

Maybe if he grew some balls and got rid of lance for a better, more consistant driver, they could get more points
