His personal life, much like his Formula 1 career wasn’t all smooth sailing. Ecclestone tied the knot three times and his last marriage was to Fabiana Flosi back in 2012. He has three daughters – Deborah, Tamara and Petra who are 65,35 and 31 respectively.

Bernie had the perfect reply to his critics. Speaking to the Daily Mail, Ecclestone said:

‘She is thrilled. We’re not sure what all the fuss is about! ‘I’m very happy and happy really for my wife, she’s been looking forward to this happening for quite a few years so I’m happy she’ll have someone after I’m gone.

‘It’s fun, I don’t see any dramas, I’ve got grandchildren and I’m looking forward to having another baby.’

Ecclestone’s only wish was for the baby to be born healthy. He also hoped his son would stay away from the world of F1.
