The Italian football team is knocked out of the World Cup qualifiers by North Macedonia in a shocking manner. The underdogs scored a last-minute winner to send the European champions out of the competition and ended their World Cup hopes. So it looks like the Italian fans might have just Ferrari F1 to cheer for in 2022.

The Tifosi took to social media to express their disappointment with the result of the football match. They recognized the irony and mentioned the failure of the Italian team to qualify for the World Cup while Ferrari are leading the championship in Formula One. This is Italy’s second consecutive loss at the World Cup qualifiers. The last time they were part of a World Cup match was in 2014.
