Sebastian Vettel has joined Aston Martin for the 2021 season. However, even before his new chapter begins, he doesn’t rule out driving for Mercedes once the seat becomes vacant.
The 33-year-old has made some interesting comments about driving for the Silver Arrows but doesn’t think that being of German descent will give him the keys to the Mercedes car
Vettel may use this opportunity given by the Silverstone team as a chance to impress the Brackley-based team and hope to drive for them in the future. The German remains optimistic since both their drivers will run out of a contract at the end of the season.
