McLaren Automotive recently rolled out its new single-seat hyper-car, the McLaren Solus GT. Priced at over $3.5 million apiece, McLaren has only made 25 of these. And real-estate mogul, Manny Khoshbin, is about to be one of the 25 owners of this rare beauty.

But before we talk about his recent purchase, let’s take a look at the machines that the Billionaire has in his garage.

The McLaren Solus GT is one of the first Vision Gran Turismo cars to become a reality. It must be truly gratifying to own the first of what someone literally fleshed out from fantasy.

Manny Khoshbin gets measured for his new McLaren

51-year-old Manny Khoshbin is a connoisseur of cars and someone who thoroughly takes pleasure in owning them. For a man whose garage could be a veritable showcase of cars, it is no wonder that he is the new owner of a McLaren Solus GT.

Khoshbin has been outlining his experience of getting the car on his YouTube channel. Starting with his test drive that determined whether he will get the car to custom specifications, Manny has documented it all, to the delight of his followers.

Recently, Manny Khoshbin made a video where he was measured for the seat of the McLaren car. As it is a rare hypercar that promises to be “as close to the experience and feel of driving a Formula 1 car as you can get,” its seats have to be custom-made.

Khoshbin recorded his “very neat experience” as he puts it, at the McLaren headquarters. He was first measured in the seat without the resin. Then he sat in the seat with the resin, so it molded to his fit.

Quite correctly, Khoshbin asked the engineers what would happen if he gained weight since they specially made the seat. And the answer was, of course, that he would have to get another seat made.

Possibly for the first time, viewers got a glimpse of the life of their favorite F1 drivers, as they also have to be measured for seats, thanks to Manny Khoshbin.

Manny Khoshbin’s newest Porsche purchase

The McLaren Solus GT is not the only elite car in Khoshbin’s showcase. Quite recently, the real-estate billionaire bought a 911 Porsche made for its 50th Anniversary.

It is also a limited-edition design by the German automaker. Speaking of the Porsche, Khoshbin said: “This just got literally delivered over the weekend. This is super cool. It’s the 50th anniversary 911 limited edition, only 750, and this is number 133 out of 750.”

“I know 0 to 60 obviously is slower, but the fact that you can let this thing rip to 8,000 rpm, and you are in control, makes a huge difference,” Khoshbin remarked, driving the special edition Porsche Design.

That is not all. Manny Khoshbin also expects to own Aston Martin Valkyrie Spider, Koenigsegg Jesko, Bugatti Bolide, and Mercedes-AMG One. It is a marvel to see his growing car collection, one that makes even the least car-savvy person drool.
