Sebastian Vettel may be having a nightmare of a time on the track. Thus, it is good to see that off-track, the Ferrari man is still as lovable and happy as ever.

In a recent fan interaction session, the four-time world champion opened up more on his personal side and what kind of person he tends to become at a party.

“I love to have a drink and I like to hug people. I’m a hugger, if I get drunk I’m a hugger,” said a smiling Vettel.

It surely must be a difficult time for Vettel then, due to the pandemic still being in full force. The joyful German can’t even go out for a few drinks, and he most definitely cannot hug.

However, for a man who likes to keep his personal life private, one could assume that he continues to derive his happiness by spending more time with his family.

He did admit that his go-to drink when partying at a club is the “jägerbomb”. However, seeing how his season has panned out this year, there may not be much cause to celebrate. Unless, of course, he desires to celebrate getting a deal with Aston Martin.

Closer to some racing-related questions (not really), Vettel also revealed some of his race day superstitions.

Does Sebastian Vettel have any superstitions?

Vettel claimed to have at least two major superstitions when he takes part in an F1 Grand Prix.

He said, “I only get into the car from the left side. And I usually have two coins, like one coin in each shoe for the race. (But) it’s not like I imagine that I have superpowers when they are with me.”

Perhaps it may be a good time for Vettel to see if he can come up with some other superstitions, because the current ones don’t seem to be working too well for him at the moment.

With only 18 points from 13 races, Vettel’s horrid final season with the Scuderia is drawing to a disappointing end. But can he salvage some pride in the last 4 rounds? Only time will tell.
