Haas team principal gained attention with his desire to sleep with his whole paddock to just get points last season. So, the media reminded him again of that statement ahead of the Emilia Romagna GP.
The American F1 team struggled last season to win even one point and had to finish the season at the bottom with 0 points. However, things are different this season for Haas. As they got Kevin Magnussen this season, who finished top 10 in two out of the three races so far.

Ahead of the Friday practice in Imola, the media asked Guenther Steiner that last season he was ready to get physical with the entire for even a point. So, what is a requirement for him this season to even hug the paddock?
Steiner said during the Saudi Arabian GP this season, “Last year, for two points, I would have f**ked the whole paddock. It’s a good place to be.”

Haas F1 got a new official team partner
Amid the Ukraine-Russia conflict, Haas had to end their association with the Russian driver Nikita Mazepin and also his father’s company, Uralkali, who were the official partners for the American F1 team this season.
So the F1 fans were concerned about the financial situation of the Kannapolis-based team. However, the American club showed not much concern about finance and instead stated that they have a lot of interest from many companies.
But the Haas F1 finally revealed that they have partnered with B2B payment company, TransferMate. They will be the official partner for the American F1 team for the 2022 season. So, the white cars will feature the brand’s sticker on their livery.

Haas F1 is currently ranking seventh on the constructors’ standing this season. They got a strong challenger VF-22 this season along with a skillful driver’s line-up, Kevin Magnussen and Mick Schumacher. The next race is in Imola, which will also feature a sprint race qualifying. It would be interesting to see how the American F1 team performs in the Saturday sprint and the Sunday main race.
