When Taylor Swift sang, “King of my heart, body and soul,” nobody saw this “End Game” concluding this badly. There have been a lot of rumors about Taylor Swift separating from her long-term boyfriend Joe Alwyn. However, all of her girlfriends unfollowing the British actor may point toward the obvious. While the ink from reporting the breakup still isn’t dry, there have been link-up rumors all over. The latest one is with 1975’s Matthew Healy. But what happened to the rumors that connected the F1 world to the Folklore singer? Daniel Ricciardo has called “BS” on it.

On what exactly? It is the Fernando Alonso link-up with Swift. While Ricciardo’s ex-teammate Lando Norris and buddy Max Fewtrell had already rubbished the rumors, the F1 world was having too much fun with it. But the Red Bull reserve driver put a full stop to the Alonso-Taylor fantasy train we were riding. A journalist asked Dany, “Who do you think is most likely to get a date with Taylor Swift?” To which he replied, “Definitely not Alonso.”

He continued, “I called BS on that from the start. I hope I was not the only one as well. I don’t know. I think someone who is certainly interested in the arts. Alonso, I think he appreciates racing. Probably only racing. I feel like any time I see him do anything, it is just racing. So that is why I kind of quickly canceled him out of that conversation.” And sensing something still hidden there, the reporter asked, “That’s the only reason why?” But Ricciardo shut it there saying, “Yeah, Let’s just, let’s be nice.”

Lando Norris constantly out-qualified and outperformed Daniel in the 2022 season campaign at McLaren and now, when the team exchanged one Australian for the other, there is bound to be a comparison. Answering those conjectures, Lando said, Oscar Piastri is “Different, I guess to Daniel.”

He said, “I feel like a bit of a contrast of Australian, but still good fun. He’s very fast at the same time. So probably been pushing me a little bit more than the past couple of years. So yeah, enjoyable.”
