Lewis Hamilton is a 7-time world champion in Formula One. He has won everything there is to win in the sport and broken almost every possible record. Since his entry in F1, he has been fast, but now his consistency and driving skills are some of the best in history.

He has always been a once-in-a-lifetime talent since his junior career. In his karting days, he had built up a reputation of a serial winner and had many instances where he won races after coming from the back.

According to Motorsport Memorabilia, they are now putting on sale the 1998 race of Lewis Hamilton from his karting days. They took to social media to inform people about this sell and where they can buy the suit.

A look back at Lewis Hamilton and his karting career

As reported by Britannica.com, the kid from Stevenage had shown an immense talent from the beginning. Despite not having the best kart, Hamilton would beat his competitors. He won many karting championships in his time.

Lewis began his karting career at the age of eight and, when he was 10, won the British Kart Championship. Around three years later, Ron Dennis signed him on for the McLaren and Mercedes-Benz Young Driver Support Programme.

The signing gave him the backing and the support financially to compete in karting events throughout Europe. From 1998 to 2000, he won the European and world karting championships.

At the age of 15, he became the youngest driver ever to be ranked No.1 in karting. Through the years, he switched to single-seater racing and dominated there too. He made his debut in F1 in 2007, and as they say, the rest is history.
