In an old video of the two drivers, Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas play a truth or lie game in front of the camera. However, things quickly turn when both the drivers are asked to answer an embarrassing question.
The question read, “I have gone to the toilet in the cockpit of my racing car.”
Lewis quickly raises the ‘Lie’ board and dismisses any claims, stating, “It’s disgusting. How can a grown man say that he’s either peed himself or pooed himself.”
“It just doesn’t; it’s not cool.”
Valtteri also raises the ‘Lie board’ but doesn’t answer anything in detail. He agrees with Lewis with a sly smile and adds, “Yeah, it’s not cool.”
Hamilton and Bottas have won the constructors’ title together five times, building an unforgettable legacy. Above all, the two drivers remain good mates outside the racetrack.
Lewis Hamilton and his relationship with Valtteri Bottas
A popular belief in F1 is that your biggest rival is usually your teammate. Hamilton and Bottas have emerged victorious in many races for Mercedes, yet their rivalry on the race track does not seem to have affected their friendship. Time and again, the duo have proved they remain good friends.
Valtteri came to Lewis’ defense when Nelson Piquet used a racial slur against his former teammate.
The Finn said, “In the world we live in today there’s no space for any racism.”
“In the end we’re all equal, and sometimes I find it crazy that there’s all these issues in the world that we’re still facing whether it’s about equality, racism, wars, stuff like that, sometimes it doesn’t make any sense but all we can do is try and do our part and support people who need supporting.”

The 10 GP winner also gifted Sir Lewis a signed naked picture of himself and shared that “Nothing has really changed” and that “we’re still friends.”
