Red Bull advisor Helmut Marko is understandably furious with Mercedes’ on-track antics. Furthermore, the Austrian criticized the seven-time world champion, Lewis Hamilton, for complaining regarding Fernando Alonso’s defense at Hungarian GP.

And things went from bad to worse for the Austrian team after Lewis Hamilton secured his eighth victory at Silverstone and making a great comeback in Hungaroring to retake lead the drivers’ championship.

What did Helmut Marko say?

Highlighting Lewis’ hypocrisy in complaining about Alonso’s risky driving in fast corners to the Briton’s own actions in Silverstone, Marko said“Everything has been said about Hamilton, he was able to win in England despite the collision he caused. We accept the stewards’ assessment.” (Translated via Google Translate)

“Still, you can only shake your head after hearing Hamilton’s radio traffic in Hungary during his battle with Alonso. It was way too risky what Alonso was doing there in the fast corners, he complained.

“But how does he rate his action in the Copse Corner in Silverstone–one of the fastest corners in Formula 1?” added the Red Bull advisor.
