Even if you get permanently banned from F1, you can’t get the sport out of your heart; such is the case of Flavio Briatore. The news of Lewis Hamilton heading to Ferrari in 2025 caught up with the controversial ex-boss and Briatore has been vocal about the recent changes. This proves that you might be able to take a man out of F1, but never F1 out of the man.

Flavio Briatore’s association with F1 began in 1988 with his stint at Benetton. He served in several positions until he became the team boss for Renault. But the controversy of the Nelson Piquet Jr.’s crash on 28 September 2008 has kept him banned from the sport and that has not stopped reporters from asking him for his opinion from time to time.
