Movies have also joined the massive list of things Lewis Hamilton excels at. The Brit, as we all know, is knee-deep in the production of the biggest F1 movie ever made. However, becoming a part of a movie project is not a newfound desire or is just another investment opportunity. No! Hamilton has always been into performing arts, and movies are a bit part of it. In fact, the Mercedes man took the first step into the world of cinema by starting the Dawn Apollo Films production company. After its inception, Hamilton even revealed his fascination with acting and even wanted to take a shot at it. The Brit showcased a glimpse of his fascination with movies even after the Belgian GP while discussing Max Verstappen.

Verstappen has crossed the finish line first eight times in a row now. The Dutchman is unstoppable, especially in the current season. In fact, Hamilton who finished P4 was 49 seconds behind the Red Bull man, a lifetime in the world of F1. So while discussing the Dutchman, Hamilton used a movie reference to summarize his dominance, as quoted by Business News.

“What do you want to tell me? I haven’t spoken to him. He’s smoking and eating pancakes. You know the movie?” said Hamilton. This is a direct reference to the 2002 spy comedy Austin Powers in Goldmember. In this particular edition of the Austin Powers series, the Dutch villain Goldmember asks Powers if he’d “like smokes and pancakes.”
