The Haas star driver had a brilliant flying lap just before the red flag caused by George Russell. And that was enough for the Danish international to start from P1 tomorrow. With this, Haas has also become the first ever American team to take a pole since 1975 British Grand Prix. This probably could be the best birthday gift to their owner, Gene Haas, in the coming days.
