Becoming a Formula 1 driver opens plenty of doors in one’s life. This is exactly where Lewis Hamilton is in life currently. The Brit recently revealed billionaire Elon Musk is on the list of his dinner party guests. The Tesla owner is a regular guest at these dinner parties that the Mercedes man conducts annually.

Hamilton revealed that during a conversation in the pre-Australian GP qualifying press conference. Apart from his appreciation for Musk, the Brit also revealed his plans to take a trip to Mars under Musk’s SpaceX mission. Lewis Hamilton said, “Elon’s been to my party in Austin the last 2 years. It was like a dinner party that I have and I would have these people come around.”

He said and narrated, “It’s not the easiest thing to speak to someone like that because his mind, it’s on such another level so I get all nervous when I’m talking to him now. Of course, I talked to him about did we land on moon, where we going next. So I am going, yes, at some stage.” Also, Hamilton showcased his excitement in the narration of his dinner party story and the opportunity to go to space. However, this narration did not sit well with the fans.

Elon Musk recently became one of the most hated men on the internet. It was mainly after he acquired Twitter, which was soon followed by massive layovers in the company. Hamilton’s story about Musk’s dinner conversation conjured nothing but brutal negative replies.

One user confessed Hamilton’s revelation of his dinner party with Musk is “destroying his own reputation”. A lot of users mocked his question to Musk as well. Specifically, the one about the moon landing.
