Lewis Hamilton is one of the favorite drivers of the Stewards. On several occasions, he has visited them. Sometimes for wearing nose studs, and sometimes he is reprimanded for breaching some on-track rules. But the major thing is the F1 superstar always thinks about the welfare of society before his very own interest.

Back in 2016, in an interview post-Spain Grand Prix, Lewis Hamilton talked about a race where he was reprimanded by the stewards. Hamilton was censured in Sochi during qualifying for going wide at turn two and, to ensure no time advantage was gained, the Mercedes driver headed to the left to go round a bollard. This was his second reprimand of the season. The first happened in Bahrain, where he was reversing in the pit lane.
If he got a third reprimand that season, the Brit would have been handed a 10-place grid penalty. Showing his disappointment, Lewis Hamilton said, “I backed off I didn’t gain an advantage and ultimately the rule is there to make sure you don’t get an advantage but then you get a penalty for it.”
Hamilton has always put society’s welfare above his. The British driver felt at some stage of the game he might get a penalty and can probably start from the last. But he believes rather than giving the penalty, the stewards should fine him and put that money into a social cause.
He said, ” if you’re gonna penalize me give me a give me a fine give me a fine, and put the money towards the road safer campaign there’s something positive at least.”
In 2014, The F1 star joined the FIA and launched a road safety campaign as a judge.
The success of Lewis Hamilton is an inspiration for people around the world. Mens, legends, and kids, everybody loves the Brit driver.

After winning the seventh title, equaling Michael Schumacher’s records, the British driver reveals his real struggle. Hamilton said, “It has been so tough. Tough doesn’t even describe how hard it has been. When I was younger I didn’t have anybody in the sport that looked like me, so it was easy to think that it was not a possibility. You don’t see any black people on TV in F1 one so hopefully this sends a message to the kids that are watching.”
He further added that he wishes to continue to fight against social issues, “I promise you I am not going to stop fighting for change.”
