Red Bull’s heroics in the 2022 season were nothing short of a blockbuster Hollywood movie-worthy story. After all, you don’t always see a team DNF thrice in as many races, to begin with, and then go on to smash multiple records by the end of the campaign. What a dream it would be to be a part of the legacy from that year when Max Verstappen shut all his doubters down. Red Bull is offering just that, but as they say, ‘good things don’t come cheap’.
A part of the reason for Max’s on-track success is his hunger for racing. The more, the better. Even if it is not on track. To satiate his hunger for racing during the off-season and in his free time, the Dutchman set up a high-end simulator at home. Fitted with the most high-end hardware, Max’s home set-up costs somewhere around $35,000.
Red Bull and F1 Authentics have partnered to sell simulators based on the Championship-winning RB18 show car.

In comparison, Red Bull’s latest offering, half of RB18’s body fitted with a simulator will cost an eye-watering $91,000 for the race edition car. Opt for the championship edition and it’ll cost you $121,000. That’s right. Now fans can get the experience of being in the RB18 and race all around the world, only if they can afford to burn a hole in their pocket. A buyer can choose between a Verstappen livery and a Sergio Perez livery in either edition.

Being primarily an energy drink manufacturing company, Red Bull has always placed itself as an adventurous brand. For years now, the brand has associated itself with adventure sports and that shows in its marketing aggression as well.

Having started out in F1 just to advertise their energy drink, RB has come a long way. Once they placed themselves as a serious competition, success followed and that eventually showed in their drink’s sales as well. The first was the Bathurst 12-hour run in Australia. Red Bull fielded their 2011 season’s championship-winning car, the RB7 for the event. That event was followed by a show run in India.
