Sebastian Vettel is one of the greats of the sport. The boy from Heppenheim has had an illustrious career during which he’s won 53 races, 4 world titles, and much more. The Aston Martin driver announced that he would be hanging his helmet at the end of this season. Tributes have been pouring in for the German legend as he sets to race one last time in Abu Dhabi.

Among the many people paying tribute to the former Red Bull driver, recently crowned F1 winner George Russell was one of them. The Mercedes driver exchanged his helmet with Seb and clicked a picture.

George later shared the picture and tweeted from his account, Seb, you have a small head. Pleasure to swap helmets with you mate, you’re a legend. I hope you enjoy your last F1 race!!”

Fans could not contain their laughter as the size difference of their helmets was pretty evident. Russell also shared the message shared by  Vettel on his helmet. The German wrote, “To George, it’s been great to see you coming up. Many big moments ahead. Stay on track and enjoy.”

Fans will also hope to see Hamilton and Alonso perform the doughnut celebrations again in tribute to Sebastian’s illustrious career.

As Seb prepares to wear his helmet one more time n Abu Dhabi, George Russell and Seb exchanged their helmets. Fans on Twitter reacted to Seb and George’s helmet swap on the social media platform. Furthermore, they could not believe the massive size difference in their heads.

Moreover, a few fans shared their personal stories about Seb while others made fun of the size of helmet on Russell’s head.

Fans also made fun of how small Sebastian Vettel’s head is compared to the gigantic head of George Russell.

Similarly, fans joked that the Mercedes driver should respect Seb’s helmet.

Moreover, he will be hoping to finish his final year in F1 inside the top 10 of the driver’s championship. He’s currently 13 points behind 10th place Valtteri Bottas.
