Tensions and frustrations at Ferrari are building up. The Tifosi are getting restless as the teams continue to fail to deliver the result. But the most important concern for the team should be Charles Leclerc, who seems to have had enough of the team’s errors. Despite the fact that his contract was up for renewal, the Monegasque was quick to criticize his engineer in Saudi Arabia, which was applauded by fans.
However, despite all this and with only a few signs of development proceeding ahead, Ferrari boss Frederic Vasseur seems to hold an optimistic view of the whole situation. The boss believes things are under control and will improve gradually, despite the reasonably rapidly increasing demands of the Tifosi.
As quoted by Motorsport NextGen Auto, the French team principal said, “Many people have told me that Ferrari would be difficult to manage internally. But it is not entirely true. The atmosphere and collaboration within the team are good, but we have more pressure from the outside.”

“It is my job to ensure that the current climate of rumors that can affect the morale of the team is not an obstacle. Because, yes, you can be affected by these kinds of rumors that have nothing to do with reality.”
Appearing to be in defensive mode, Ferrari needs to tread on these matters sensitively as they risk losing out Charles Leclerc to other teams. Thus, to retain him, the promise must be shown and the team should make steps toward Red Bull, rather than others.

Frederic Vasseur’s claims of a good atmosphere seem to be contradictory as the reports of resignations of senior executives keep appearing. Their most recent departure was that of the head of aerodynamics, David Sanzhez to McLaren.
In other reports, Laurent Mekies has reportedly received offers from Alpine, Liberty Media, and his former employer, the FIA. In short, departures are heading Ferrari’s way from Mattia Binotto’s faction, which is spiraling as expected by the team. The squad has been split over Vasseur’s hiring, with a number of high-ranking Binotto supporters reportedly unhappy with the decision.

Despite the constant communication between the two executives, Mattia Binotto and Vasseur, the employment of Vasseur as part of a restructuring at Ferrari following Binotto’s resignation has merely led to the creation of two camps. So, Vasseur’s claims, after all this, seem to fall flat on the Tifosi’s ears.
