Championship contender Leclerc is 80 points off the lead with more poles than anyone in the year and yet won just 3 races while 2021 World Champion Max Verstappen has won 8.
After his crash in the French Grand Prix, which the Monegasque terribly regrets, Ferrari’s disastrous strategy calls saw Leclerc finishing 6 in the Hungarian Grand Prix. While the fans have blamed Ferrari Strategists on social media, former Ferrari Driver Felipe Massa has urged Charles to be patient and focused.

Massa urges Charles Leclerc “to be patient”
“Definitely internally he is not happy at all but he needs to be patient because if you start to fight, it will not help the team but also Charles,” the Brazilian told Sky Sports F1’s Any Driven Monday.

“We cannot forget he has made mistakes to give a good possibility to win the race and score the right amount of points.
“So in the end you need to be patient so that if you are happy with the decisions and mistakes happening, you need to fight in the right way and professionally, but not showing outside.
