Is this Red Bull F1’s best chance to beat Mercedes?
These two teams have dominated this decade of F1. However, after the Austrian team achieved early success, Mercedes took on the mantle in the V6-hybrid era and began their domination over the grid that lasts to this date.

They’ve had to negotiate the challenge of the cost cap as they are one of the teams who regularly spend a large amount of money to better their car. Moreover, they have voiced concerns over the reliability of their engine and have also had to contend with making the aero changes F1 desired to reduce the pressure on the new tires for this season.
So, there may well be a few chinks in the armor. Red Bull, on the other hand, finally seem to have two drivers who can fight it out at the front of the grid, no concerns over engine reliability, and will be bolstered by the fact that they can now make their own power units for 2022.
