Red Bull launched their 2023 livery yesterday with a huge collaboration for the 2026 season announcement with Ford. While it was a big day for RB and their drivers’ fans, Ferrari kind of stole their thunder. The Maranello-based team put out an audio of their 2023 challenger’s engine firing up. While it left some fans pumped up with big expectations for Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz, some saw it as a dig at their rivals’ dull launch event.
Red Bull, once again, came out with a similar livery they run their cars on each year. They left the hyped fans who tuned into the live event underwhelmed with the launch. However, Ferrari had the F1 fans’ back to deliver on the hype as they wait eagerly for the new season to kick off.

While Red Bull practically ran away with both championship titles in 2022, it was Ferrari that turned out to be the closest contender. The Italian Giants started out strong with 2 race wins from the first three fixtures. However, the Prancing Horse soon ran out of steam while the Milton-Keynes-based outfit saw a meteoric rise. Despite that, Ferrari stamped their authority on F1 once again, proving that Mercedes and Red Bull aren’t the only worthy contenders for the glory.
This attitude is certainly visible in their recent social media activity. Have a look at how fans reacted to their latest tweet.

Red Bull’s launch did not evoke the best of reactions from the fans as the livery looked virtually identical to the last few editions. The 34-second post from Ferrari was hailed as more interesting than that event by many.
Aaaaaand Ferrari posting their engine fireup at the same time as the RB launch was 10/10.
And it’s actually more interesting than seeing RB18revamped https://t.co/NEpfhO2CH7— HeelsonthePedal (@heelsonthepedal) February 3, 2023

The lack of F1 action has got to some fans, apparently. We are definitely among them.
Well,I have finally reached the point that a F1 car roaring to ‘life’ gets me properly pumped🥴14th February can’t come quickly enough. (Clearly my existence is kinda sad😭😭😭) https://t.co/Zu23JdCeZn
